The Power Commander V fuel controller gives you the ability to use a preprogrammed
SLP map or to create a custom map of your own. Some PCV
models also allow ignition timing control capabilities that provide a good
horsepower improvement over just controlling fuel alone. SLP has maps for
most popular SLP engine configurations. However, if you choose to make a
custom map for an engine configuration not supported by SLP, the PCV has
the ability to be outfitted with optional tuning/monitoring accessories such as
Autotune, Wideband 2 and the LCD display.
