- Dual valve springs with damper are manufactured using chrome silicon spring wire and cutting-edge heat treatment processes. This advanced heat-set takes the load loss out of the springs during the manufacturing process. These springs offer excellent fatigue life and load loss characteristics.
- Valve spring kits were designed to get the most power out of Harley upgrades and are a perfect match for a Lunati Harley cam
- Each kit contains (4) each of the following items: valve springs retainers locks and locators
- Valve locks are manufactured from fatigue-proof steel and then heat treated for hardness and to reduce wear and distortion while our locators are engineered from a high-strength steel alloy that holds the spring in place and requires no machining.
- Steel retainers are constructed from 4140 chrome moly steel which is stronger and harder than standard 1020 steel. This increased strength to weight ratio results in a stronger yet lighter retainer. All steel retainers from Lunati are black oxide coated for corrosion resistance.
- Lunati offers two types of hydraulic roller lifters for Harleys: Original Equipment Replacement and High RPM. Original Equipment Replacement Lifters are designed to exceed the specifications of your Original Equipment lifters while High RPM Lifters were specially designed to handle applications producing over 6500 RPM to avoid horsepower-robbing valve float and serious engine damage.
